    Valentine’s Day Smoothie

We hope your Valentine’s Tuesday was full of love. Whether you are done celebrating or only getting started this weekend, we have a vibrant treat suggestion to stay on theme all week.

Dragon fruit, also called pitaya, can usually be found year-round in the frozen section of grocery stores. You may also find whole dragon fruit in the fresh produce area. Dragon fruit has amazing health benefits as it is low in calories but filling, high in vitamin C, and of course, mesmerizing to look at.

For the bright magenta color of this smoothie, look for pink flesh dragon fruit instead of white.
