    2. Larger, more sore breasts can often be the very first symptom of pregnancy. Breasts can grow significantly in the first trimester before the stomach shows any signs.

    3. When breastfeeding, the composition of breast milk will actually change in response to your infant's needs. Milk will have a higher water content when the weather is hot

     

    4. With breast cancer, early detection is critical. The American Cancer Society advises that a clinical breast exam be done every 3 years beginning at age 30. Annual screenings should begin at age 40. Between clinical exams, women should self-examine every month.
